chat, should I continue watching One Piece? I really like it so far (looking past the unrealistic bodytypes and the unfortunate whitewashing ToT), but it's so long and I can't look at fanart without spoilers. I recently saw the coolest fanart ever (look at most recent favorite as of writing this blog post) and it reminded me of One Piece. Do ya'll think it will be worth it?
I'm currently working on a passion project comic called Camp Quartz Creek! I'll be mostly posting about that, but I'll likely post other things too!

I've never watched it before but from what I've heard it's really good! (ya' know other than what you said, but a lot of anime has the unrealistic body types :P )
But I'd say it's worth it!
Let me put it like this: While I despise 'One Piece', most of my favorite anime series ended after a single season without any satisfying conclusion. Many were ending on cliffhangers, hoping for a second season that was never in the cards for them. Others were effectively ended by COVID-19, when it was silently deemed that 'their moment had passed' after the hiatus and the audience didn't care anymore.
If 'you' found something that will fill up your evenings with enjoyable entertainment for you _for_years_to_come_, I would call that a cause for _celebration_! And 'even if' you don't like it anymore after 100 episodes: If most of what came before that was entertaining for you, that's still a win. It's not as is you signed a blood-pact that you would continue to watch it until civilization ceases to be. ;)
